Return Policy

 Refunds will be offered when issues arise beyond the control of Fin's Up Guide Service. Mechanical Failures, Sudden illness of the Captain, and equipment malfunctions resulting in no longer being able to continue fishing. Also Alcohol, Drugs, and Firearms are not allowed. If you are caught with any of these in your possession while on a booked charter you will be returned to the landing and asked to remove yourself from the boat and not allowed to return and will not be refunded your fees.  By booking your guided fishing trip online your are agreeing to these terms as well.
